02 Graduates
The graduate associate programme
Each year we take four associates: three in London and one in New York on a two-year programme. Graduate associates work on live matters from their first week, rotate through crisis response, litigation communications and the Desk, and join the out-of-hours rota in their second year. The starting salary is £34,000 in London; $78,000 in New York.
We are not looking for any particular degree. We are looking for people who write clearly, read carefully, are calm when others are not and are curious about how organisations really work.
Applications for the programme starting in September 2027 open on and close on .

- A pension in London and a matched retirement plan in New York; private medical insurance in both.
- Two weeks of training in your first year, and a budget for your own development every year after.
- Every member of staff is trained on document handling in their first week, and once a year after.
